Privacy information
Development-release information. Final wording, operator details and deployment-specific providers require review before production launch.
Information stored
LeadForge stores account details and workspace records, including businesses, clients, websites, proposals, tasks, messages and payment references. Only enter information you are authorised to process.
Account security
Passwords and refresh credentials are stored using one-way representations. Session and security metadata supports authentication, revocation and replay analysis. Session controls allow access to be reviewed and revoked.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses session cookies. Browser storage also supports interface preferences and temporary application state.
Connected providers
Configured external services may process relevant information. AI, discovery, email, SMS, payment and hosting integrations depend on deployment configuration. Final provider arrangements and a subprocessor list must be published for production.
Public content
Sharing or publishing can make content accessible outside the workspace. Review content and access settings first. Public website forms may store submissions associated with the website owner.
Retention and requests
Retention depends on record type and the configured maintenance policy. No universal automatic deletion period is promised. Data export, account deletion and privacy requests currently require assistance from the development operator.
Production review
This information does not claim regulatory certification or a completed legal assessment. Operator identity, privacy contact, rights procedures and international-transfer information must be finalised for the production deployment.
